why is body detox is very so harmful?

@rayme4raw So after some googling, the best thing I can find is some people have a higher threshold for the toxins than others. So that means that we just need to find a way to increase tolerance of toxins. Maybe there is a ’super food’ that does this for people.

it can dehydrate the body and cause seizures. Also people replace the proper treaments with detox and that can kill you. There are people who have gone off chemotherapy and went to detox instead and then died because it doens’t work.

Dehydration is probably caused by too much detox or not proper detox.
The human body will detox naturally, if given enough pure water and fiber. Our detoxification systems, provided by mother nature, protect us from everyday exposure to toxins. But in some cases, the detoxification of the body may not work properly and may need some help. I think, sometimes fasting or even colon cleanses are beneficial and support our body’s elimination of waste and helps us to detox naturally )

fasting a colon cleansing are exaclty what you shouldn’t do. By saying that its improper use of detox that causes harm you are just moving the goal post back a notch in order for it to still make sense. Detox always dehydrates the body. Our bodies do not need help with its own cleaning abilities. Colon cleansing is the worst.

Drinking too much water can kill you. Although we dont to worry about drinking too much water unless your drinking far too much and doing so on a daily basis.
