Well, I weighed 175 in March and now weighs 140. I am a man of 17 years, and I'm 5'9. I lost 35 pounds by reducing calorie intake, and save every day. I do the treadmill, elliptical, and weights. Now, I am simply looking for muscle gain, but I missed my workout today …. Oh well … lol
